You might recognize him from the electro-funk music duo, Chromeo, but how well do you really know P-Thugg? A talented self-taught musician, Pee is a creative at heart. With roots in Lebanon, Egypt, and Montreal, Pee is on a mission to give back to his community through his latest venture, Ya Habibi Market. Ya Habibi Market can be described as a creative house which brings together artists of the Middle East-North Africa (MENA) region in collaboration to design products. All proceeds from these products go to various charities throughout the MENA region. In this episode, Pee talks about his vision for Ya Habibi Market, his musical inspirations, as well as his views on why modern streetwear is inauthentic to its roots.
